PB Leiner
  • Planning / Purchasing
    • Collect and organize daily receipts
    • Compute and record the total received per operator and update the Weekly Receiving Spreadsheet in Excel
    • Enter Master Data for Protein/Moisture/Fat for different raw material types in SAP based on samples
    • Audit each receiving for USDA/CFIA and inspection checks
    • Audit each receiving temperatures of trailers and product received
    • Record and report on the number of shipments received per vendor per day
    • Record and report product temperatures monthly and yearly
    • Fill in Daily report with actual receiving information
    • Enter raw material receipts in SAP as needed
    • Match up and hand out the Daily Receiving and Frozen paperwork to Supervisors and Receiving Operator
    • Update purchase orders for necessary weight changes
  • Logistics
    • Answer Emails and phone calls for inbound scheduling
    • Attend RFQ meeting for quarterly inbound transportation
    • Investigate root cause of backups in Receiving
    • Audit paperwork to verify detention charges
    • Assist vendors and truck drivers with proof of deliveries, appointment verification, changes in inbound loads


  • Supply Chain Management experience with 1-3 years experience
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently 

  • Must be analytical with problem-solving capabilities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to function independently and interdependently in a team environment

  • Must be open to change and willing to learn new skills as the opportunities arise

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • SAP experience preferred
